Kieran in Belfast is very helpful with a wide ranging knowledge of various destinations. However we found the web site quite awkward to navigate especially the 'log in to your account'. Having put in the correct information it is very frustrating to be repeatedly told, by a machine, that the info is wrong. If you get this made more user friendly it would be very helpful.
