i was unhappy with information i got from one of the stores. i then contacted barrhead travel via twitter and such a wonderful helpful lady by the name of katie came to my rescue like a guardian angel. the information she managed to give me in such a short time blew me away. i was so worried regardin hidden charges and transport upon arrival at my destination....after speaking to katie i was no longer worried. i cant thank her enough from bottom of my heart....it may be just a job to most but to me she was outstanding and nothing was too much to answer as she had all the answers to give. thank you katie.
