When our plans had to change she phoned back with suggestions, tweak prices and dates, compare costings by alternative providers, and generally simplified the booking process. She certainly did her very best to tailor the holiday as Barrhead's website states. I was delighted with the friendly and professional service offered and will certainly be back to the Hamilton branch in future.
