Since 14 March 2020 Barrhead Travel owe us a refund of over £4000 for a river cruise which was on that day cancelled by the operator due to Covid 19 restrictions. They do not answer our phone calls and ignore our emails. This is not acceptable for a company which is claiming on their Facebook website that they are '... agent that cares about you...'. They certainly do not care about us and by not providing our refund within the time limits laid down by ABTA are breaching the law.
