We were booked on a Celebrity cruise on 13 March 2020. We completed the paperwork for a refund immediately. We first emailed Barrhead Travel on 10 April and received the standard email saying they were busy but would respond. We have since phoned Celebrity direct and was told our refund was issued to Barrhead on 22 April. Whilst we appreciate you must be inundated with emails surely it is only fair you process the oldest cases first. Certainly doesn’t give us any confidence to book with you again!!
