We were due to go on holiday on June 8th 2020. Despite numerous e-mails to them over several weeks I have had absolutely no contact from Barrhead Travel with regards to my options. Very, very poor customer service from a company I have used for more than 15 years.
I have other holidays booked with this company and need to transfer my deposits onto other holidays but unable to do this until I can make contact with them. There is a time limit for these deposits to be transferred.
Very disappointed.
