My April holiday was cancelled in March and have still not received my refund.
After waiting for 6 weeks, I emailed Barrhead Travel on 29th April asking for my refund. They replied in a phone call and a follow up email on the same day stating they had emailed Jet2's Trade Relations department to decline the credit voucher and to ask for a full refund that would then be paid back to me. That's around 12 weeks in total now.
As a result I had no other option other than to have raised cases with resolver.co.uk, ABTA, the Competitions and Markets Authority on the Government's website and raised the issue in an email directly to the Secretary of State for Transport Grant Schapps.
