We have 2 holidays this year booked with Barrhead. We are due to go on a tour to USA in July. The airlines have offered me the chance to change my flights or have vouchers. I contacted Barrhead 8 weeks ago asking if I can change my tour - no answer but I did get a request to pay the final payment. Foolishly I did this as my insurance company advised to do this. Like everyone else...... no reply! I am also going on a cruise in November booked through Barrhead (Cambrian Cruises). By chance I was looking on the cruise company website and noticed my cruise had been cancelled. I contacted them and they immediately confirmed this was the case and next day refunded my excursion. Have I heard from Barrhead.... No! And when I log on my booking has disappeared. They have my deposit and I want it back. Any communication would be nice. Do we know if there is anybody there?? I think the staff have all gone home! Customer service, what’s that. Never Again will I book with them.
