We have been booking our holidays with Barrhead travel for years with excellent service.
However, since the shops closed down we are very disappointed with the zero service and lack of communication about our cancelled holidays.
We have not received any money back on a cruise cancelled in April and also the one cancelled in July.
It takes Barrhead travel up to 28 days to reply to emails and you cannot phone them. Their failure to keep in touch is disgraceful!
