Dont even deserve one star. Been waiting 4 months for a refund. My advice, contact Martin Lewis moneysaving website. They have only just appeared on his refunds from Hell list.
Second piece of advice, register a complaint with the CMA - Competition and Markets Agency and report Barrhead Travel. If they get enough complaints, CMA will take them to court.
By law you are due a refund within 14 days of a cancellation of one or more parts of your holiday are cancelled. They are continuing to flout the law by not issuing refunds.
