We should have gone on holiday on 9th May. We still haven't had our money back and were never actually told that our holiday had been cancelled. Jet 2 say that they never received our money from them, therefore Barrhead are just holding on to our money. Do not reply to emails
An appalling company, pity you have to give 1 star as they don't even deserve it, they should be investigated.
