We needed blinds fitted for our whole bungalow and Barton Blinds came recommended to us. Everything was fine until after the blinds were fitted and we noticed a fault with one slat in one of the blinds. I messaged Anthony and he responded to say he was on holiday and would deal with the problem when he returned home.
That was last November and since then he hasn’t responded to emails, messages left on his website or voicemails left on his phone.
It’s only a small job so they probably think it’s not worth bothering with but it’s our home and the blinds weren’t cheap. It’s a shame someone couldn’t have been honest and responded to say that they weren’t going to rectify the problem rather than ignoring all attempts at being contacted.
Such poor customer service and I would never refer or use this company again.
