“Had 2 lots of vertical blinds from you a few years ago, and was highly delighted with them, really sturdy and reliable, so we tried them again about 18 _24 months, ago, they are rubbish they tried to say the blind runner ect was the same as before no way the guarantee unfortunately just run out and all they did was come out and lubricate the runners and give us a few plasis strips to glue across the top of the lats as they were all breaking, they were 1 thousand pounds and we feel very let down by bartons! They have really gone down hill from the service we had the first time, as I write this every lat is hanging with staples, and keep pinging off,and wish we had not shown them any loyalty by returning to them, as they have not shown us any by not sorting the problem they are not fit for purpose.”
“We needed blinds fitted for our whole bungalow and Barton Blinds came recommended to us. Everything was fine until after the blinds were fitted and we noticed a fault with one slat in one of the blinds. I messaged Anthony and he responded to say he was on holiday and would deal with the problem when he returned home.
That was last November and since then he hasn’t responded to emails, messages left on his website or voicemails left on his phone.
It’s only a small job so they probably think it’s not worth bothering with but it’s our home and the blinds weren’t cheap. It’s a shame someone couldn’t have been honest and responded to say that they weren’t going to rectify the problem rather than ignoring all attempts at being contacted.
Such poor customer service and I would never refer or use this company again.”

A woman Opened the locked door about 3 inches and asked if we had an appointment. We said no as your web site did not mentioned this. She said in a very abrupt and in our view a Rude manner, well you are not coming in and shut the door in our face. Quite obviously you must be doing so well that you can be rude to protential customers .”

“The blinds are very nice, however they took a long time to arrive and when they finally did, two out of six sets of blinds didn't fit my windows, and one set wasn't brought, even after giving them a blind what already had been fitted properly so they could compare. When they came they asked for an extra £10 on top of the agreed price even though they were in the wrong. Been in touch with them several times and been given the run around, still not got my blinds and it will have been 3 days before the came to fit them, then they still have to change some due to them measuring them wrong, furious isn't the word. The blinds are also stupidly overpriced in comparison to other blind companies, the man who came to measure was very kind but the woman on the phone had a rude tone with them due to me reporting all of my problems with this company. Wouldn't recommend again more hassle that it's worth I would go else wear, I am sorry to have to write this.”
