Had 2 lots of vertical blinds from you a few years ago, and was highly delighted with them, really sturdy and reliable, so we tried them again about 18 _24 months, ago, they are rubbish they tried to say the blind runner ect was the same as before no way the guarantee unfortunately just run out and all they did was come out and lubricate the runners and give us a few plasis strips to glue across the top of the lats as they were all breaking, they were 1 thousand pounds and we feel very let down by bartons! They have really gone down hill from the service we had the first time, as I write this every lat is hanging with staples, and keep pinging off,and wish we had not shown them any loyalty by returning to them, as they have not shown us any by not sorting the problem they are not fit for purpose.
