I ordered a watchband from you in November 2022 which I didn't receive until January 17th, 2023 and it was not the size I ordered. I immediately sent an email to Customer Service and was told the correct item would be shipped right away with order: #87485967. The order confirmation email I received was dated January 20th, 2023. It is now February 8th, 2023, 19 days since I received that confirmation (almost 3 weeks) and I still haven't received my order. Excuse my French, but what the Hell is going on? Am I ever going to receive my order? This is the worst Customer Service I have EVER received.
