I bought a soft silicone watch band in May of 2022. The bands that held the strap down as you wear the watch started ripping. I contacted your customer service line via email and was put in touch with Cory. My gosh, was Cory helpful. I work in customer service, so I know how crappy it can be. Cory was attentive and accommodating. The new watch band I have to replace the old one is right on.
Your customer service is top-notch and I am very pleased. Please let Cory know that their efforts are appreciated and, frankly, give 'em a raise.
