I have purchased several bands from Barton, and all have been great. I recently received one with a defect. The tiny knob on the quick-change spring bar was broken. Barton replaced it immediately with a new band. All I needed was the spring bar, but they replaced the entire band. Why would I rate a defective bank a 10? Because of the great customer service!
