Came across these bands looking for something compatible with the garmin instinct solar. In principle I like the idea of the quick release tension bar but in my case, although I had ordered the correct size band, they were just a bit too short to hold the band in place securely and could be removed just by shifting from side to side. I used another set of 22mm tension bars that I had and they worked fine, but the knob on the quick release bar made it quite difficult to remove from the band itself. It's fine now but this seemingly appealing design feature is actually the biggest flaw of these bands.
