If I could give less than one star, I would. This was the worst online purchase I ever made, with the worst customer service, the worst follow-up, and basically the worst everything. I ordered bands in early November 2022 and just received them days ago. I sent numerous emails, and they responded to them 2 months later. Literally. They kept on apologizing for their poor customer service, that they recognized their failures, were understaffed, blah blah blah, but nothing changed. It was irritating, time-consuming, and downright infuriating. The only thing that was "on time" was their charging of my credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Let's see if they have the balls to post this. I'm guessing not.
