I wrote the review here, and a while later, got an email saying they have refunded the cost and provided a free shipping return label, so I have increased my rating to reflect the better service. "The band is okay but too bulky for me. I tried to return it and the website is setup to make it very difficult. They attempt to "force" an exchange instead, and don't reveal how much the charge is for returning."
