Bought a silicone watchband from them to find I had ordered the wrong size. So I emailed them with my order number twice asking for a replacement of the right size and have heard nothing for over two weeks now. Not impressed I'm afraid.
Sam has contacted me and apologised for the delay and a replacement is on its way. Thank you so much for your great customer service.
