Quality of the watch band is fantastic. It's the fact that I've had endless numbers of emails and marketing and offers to join their watch band club, and I've tried unsubscribing, but they keep coming. LOL and this message below presumes I used customer service, which I didn't, yet they don't give an n/a option. C'mon folks.
