I contacted Barton because a canvas watch band I purchased faded, and the loops began deteriorating, after washing in accordance with the company's website. My intent was to let them know of the problem so that it might be addressed for quality improvement purposes. The representative who quickly responded was most gracious and offered to replace the band. Such uncomplicated customer support, a precious commodity in today's market, is most appreciated. I have been a Barton Watch Band fan since my first purchase and will unequivocally continue to be one.
