AWFUL! Got the wrong size band in the mail and have tried to contact Barton FOR DAYS; no one has gotten back to me. You say 100% satisfaction or your money back, well, I want my money back! I have called and emailed to no avail. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have not been able to wear my watch for over two (2) weeks now; a lot of good this watchband does me by sitting in a box and I still don't know what recourse I have! I would send it back but don't know if I'll even get my money back!
