I have ordered four straps from Barton, but with the two out of four there were issues. 1. I have ordered Pumpkin Orange Top and Black Bottom , but Barton sent me the opposite - Black Top and Orange Bottom … The issue is also that I live outside of US and sending the strap back to US for exchange is a pain in the ass, and Barton is not very fast in replying to my questions … 2. I have aslo ordered the Merlot Alligator Grain Leather Watch Band (18mm / Stainless Steel / Standard). The length of it is standard as of the other bands, but in fact it is much shorter than the other straps with the standard length from my order. Barton didn't comment on that, when I asked. Barton's reply to the customer service email is rediculasly long ... And that is very disturbing ...
