Update : after discussion with customer service at Barton watch bands, I am happy to update my rating from three stars to four. They have indicated to me that they are looking at the pin calibration in the band to see if they can make the connection a little more substantial. It's not a guarantee, but they are at least taking a look at it, Which is far more customer service then I expected based on my initial rating. It's good to know that the people you do business with are at least willing to listen, and I thank Barton watch band for taking the time.
