I ordered the Apple Watch Toffee Brown Alligator Grain Band. The band that arrived was not for an Apple Watch, it was the quick release version. I sent an e-mail to customer service. I received a response in less than a day apologizing for the error and stating that the correct band was being shipped that day. That's customer service! Plus, I love the band.
