I have purchased numerous bands over the last couple of years and loved them all. I had 1 minor issue with one band. I contacted Brooklyn in customer service and they replaced my band right away. She was able to look me up by name. I was lt required to dig through old emails to provide proof of purchase and I had my new band within a few days. This is an amazing company and product.
