I ordered two bands at the beginning of September with standard shipping to Germany. After 6 weeks the bands had not arrived yet. I contacted the customer service and they resend both bands via express service. 4 days later i could pick-up the bands at my local Post Office. Living in Germany i had to pay toll. Overall, the service was really responsive and solution oriented. On the bands: i use them with an IWC Portugieser. In the summer the gator strap is not ideal, this is why a bought the bands. The fit very well to the watch. For the price the quality is very good!
