I’ve had two pairs of base London shoes now - the first last me 3 years and I wore them everyday for work. I just bought a new pair and they look great. One shoe was squeeking slightly on the sole so I asked for a replacement. They sent me a free replacement pair within minutes of me asking. Great customer service!
