I ordered a pair of shoes on 17th December. Some time later I received what I thought was Tracking information - but sadly no - it was a link to another shopping platform. When no shoes arrived last week I contacted Base London and was told: "I have raised an investigation with Global-E, as soon as I have confirmation I will let you know. Please allow up to a week for further answers.'
I have no idea what Global E means and they said it may take a week to get me further information!. Instead of just sending me another pair of shoes - they want me to wait another week - for further information.
Very poor service from a well known brand I have purchased many times.
