Ordered these shoes to go with my kilt for a wedding, unfortunately I was sent the wrong colour, (correct colour on the box, wrong colour shoes inside,) as we were travelling down south 2 days later I was a little panicked. Contacted Base London, advised the current situation, they promised to fix this for me, they had my shoes with me in plenty of time & gave me a follow up call to ensure all was ok.
