Horrible experience - stay away! The company is based in China, so it takes 4-5 weeks to ship. I used the tracking information they gave me and my order was in the "preparing to ship" stage. I did some digging into the reviews and found them to be horrible, so I decided to cancel my order. According to the store policy, they will refund you 90% of the order if you cancel before it ships. I emailed to cancel and they said my order was already shipped. They gave me a new tracking number that I never received, which said it was shipped on the day I emailed them! How convenient - I email to cancel and they magically shipped it. I'm currently fighting with them to get my refund. I also filed a complaint with PayPal, the International Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission.
