“Shipping was extremely slow. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM The quality of the clothing was not as pictured and I wanted to return for a full refund. Initially I was offered a refund of 10% of the cost of the items I wanted to return along with a 15% discount code on my next order. I declined that offer because 10% isn't going to make me 'like' the fit/color/quality' of the clothing nor did I plan to ever order from them again. As a result, I was provided with an international mailing address for a return. After paying $35 for international shipping, my package was held up in China's customs for over 6 months, and eventually returned to me due to an insufficient address; which leads me to believe that I was provided the wrong address on purpose, to avoid providing a 100% refund.”

“I ordered 4 suits they were to small. I paid the $103 to send them back. They kept telling me I would get refund when they received it. Got email stating refund , never received it. They had the gail to send back the suits I returned. This company is a scam and should be put out of business.”

“This company is a scam!!!!! Extremely Unsatisfied customer!!!! I only gave them one star because I had to; however, they deserve a -5 rating. In August of this year I placed an order for two rompers that I wanted to wear for my bachelorette party on October 19th. Towards the end of September, I began to contacting the company regarding the status of my order. The only thing they could tell me was that my order was in transit, I and I would receive it soon. I continued to contact them at the end of every week, considering with other companies it usually takes up to two to three weeks to receive your merchandise, and because my event was quickly approaching. In every response I was sent to a bogus tracking website and was never given a definite date of when I would receive my stuff. When we got a week out from the party, I contacted them and told them to just to cancel my order and refund me my money since I hadn’t received the merchandise yet. They tell me they cannot begin the return process until I receive my merchandise, which was STILL a month later. Fast forward to last week when I finally get my package, 10 weeks later mind you. I notice the clothing is cheap, the sizes are wrong, and that the items do not look like they do in the pictures. I contact them again and tell them I am ready to start the return process. They tell me I will need to pay the return shipping fees to CHINA, or I can get 20% off in my next order. Next order??? No thank you, the first order was a fail, why would I want a second????? I refuse to spend over $200 for shipping fees for my $100 order and extremely poor experience with your company. No thank you!!!! -5 rating!!!SCAMMERS!!”

“Please avoid buying anything from this company. You will be scammed. The quality of their items are not worth one cent after waiting several weeks to receive your order. Don't even think about returning an item. You will be asked to send to an address in China at your expense. Not worth it. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing.”

“The size of the the suit I ordered was XXL but the suit I got would fit a petite small person. Plus, the size tag appeared to be cut out. This outfit would fit my daughter who is a size 8. I wear a 16-18. This is a total waste of money. The advertisement shows the the suit to be very long but the suit I got look like capris. I will not buy anything else from this company. I ordered from this company in mid to late July 2024. I received a package today August 17,2024 for one of three items. I can't wear this item. I am so upset.”

“Please don’t order from this COMPANY!!!!! They are FRAUDULENT!!!! Company will send you a BOGUS shipping address if you need to return an item!! Stay Away Please!!! I wish I had looked at reviews prior to ordering!!! Get me once but never twice!!! The clothes are GARBAGE 🗑️”

“I wish I found these reviews sooner. As stated by other customers, they don’t ship in a timely manner, you will be waiting forever for your package. I bought two items & both were complete trash and useless. Now here’s the fun fact about their return policy. Yes you are responsible for the return shipping which is incredibly expensive. In addition, there is a chance your package will be held at customs. The company will never refund your money because the package remains at customs because the company needs to pay tariffs for the package to return to them. So you will never get your money back. They are a complete scam that send either crappy or wrong items. Save your money and shop elsewhere.”

“I lost over $200,000 to scammers while I was trying to invest, as if that wasn’t enough, I lost another $17000 in bitcoin while I was trying to get the scammer and also get my money back, not until I saw an article online that directed to a firm, even though I was doubting I gave them a try, and I was able to get back a reasonable amount of money from this scammer and even their website was taken down and the scammer brought to justice. If you need help, I mean serious help. Contact this guys. CONTACTZATTECHRECOVERY @ GMAIL COM I’m sure THEY CAN HELP.”

“I have been scammed by this company who sent me clothing that was falling apart as I took it out of the package and was very much smaller than they advertised, so even if it weren't falling apart, I wouldn't fit into it. The items came from a shipping center in Texas but in order to get a return, I have to jump through several hoops and send it back, at my expense, to Hong Kong. This makes the return more expensive than the actual product I bought. They've got quite the smoke and mirrors act going on here.”

“Recently I purchased a Baseus powerbank on Amazon, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Not only was the product defective upon arrival, but the customer service provided by the seller was abysmal. After reporting the issue with the powerbank, I was initially offered a refund or replacement. However, the communication from the seller was sporadic and unresponsive, with significant delays in response time. On two occasions, I had to follow up after waiting several days without any update. Furthermore, the handling of the replacement order was disheartening. It appeared as though the seller intentionally delayed the process, evidenced by an inaccurate tracking number and subsequent notifications of potential delays. This left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. As a loyal customer who has purchased multiple Baseus products in the past, including the Baseus desk lamp pro and a 65W powerbank for PC, I expected better service and greater accountability from the seller. After two weeks since the Baseus seller proposed the refund, I'm still waiting for it. Overall, I cannot recommend either the Baseus product or the seller on Amazon based on my recent experience. It's unfortunate that what should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal. Buyers, beware.”
