“This company is a scam! I ordered 4 items at $162 on 10/11/22, they took the money the next day and have only sent me 2! I’ve emailed them 3 times and they eventually stopped responding so I disputed it with PayPal. They requested for me tocomplete an Internet Complaint Form, I assume because they also stopped responding to PayPal. I still have the emails with them, my order confirmation email and screenshots of when the payment was deducted from my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

Meantime the same power banks as a matter of fact was delivered by this seller to USA in this November.(it is clear from customer's feedback on seller's webpage). I think the seller don't want to supply it due to his own vision of that deal. (not profitable for him after solid discount received by me on 11.11 sale). Not recommend this seller.”

“Wish I had seen this first!! Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered over $150 worth of clothing that doesn’t fit. I even used the size guide. They gave me the runaround, when I emailed to get a return process so I can be refunded! Days of back and forth. I have 9 messages in a thread. This is ridiculous!!Finally they are telling me to send the items back to an address in CHINA…at my own cost and when they receive it I will get my money back. No guarantee of that even happening!!

“Beware of Baseusclothing! You are ordering internationally and it is impossible to return the items due to the expensive shipping costs that you are responsible for. They keep providing excuses and offers of a 15% off coupon but don't do it. Very poor quality and sizes are two sizes smaller. Thin cheap material. This is not a reputable online business. “Just received my 1 blouse today after waiting 2 weeks. I also paid the extra $12 for the expedited shipping. When I opened the shirt the material is a bit cheap (I'll work with it), but my issue was the sizing (I'm a 16 and ordered 16/18). The blouse was 2 sizes smaller. Lastly, the blatant short sleeves. In the pic online the sleeves of this blouse was to the models elbow, this garbage that was sent was 3-4 inches of a sleeve. Ugh. What a waste of money.
