“Wish I had seen this first!! Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered over $150 worth of clothing that doesn’t fit. I even used the size guide. They gave me the runaround, when I emailed to get a return process so I can be refunded! Days of back and forth. I have 9 messages in a thread. This is ridiculous!!Finally they are telling me to send the items back to an address in CHINA…at my own cost and when they receive it I will get my money back. No guarantee of that even happening!!

“Beware of Baseusclothing! You are ordering internationally and it is impossible to return the items due to the expensive shipping costs that you are responsible for. They keep providing excuses and offers of a 15% off coupon but don't do it. Very poor quality and sizes are two sizes smaller. Thin cheap material. This is not a reputable online business. “Just received my 1 blouse today after waiting 2 weeks. I also paid the extra $12 for the expedited shipping. When I opened the shirt the material is a bit cheap (I'll work with it), but my issue was the sizing (I'm a 16 and ordered 16/18). The blouse was 2 sizes smaller. Lastly, the blatant short sleeves. In the pic online the sleeves of this blouse was to the models elbow, this garbage that was sent was 3-4 inches of a sleeve. Ugh. What a waste of money. “Today is 3/24/2022. I placed an order on 12/27/2021 through fakebook that directed me to BaseUsClothing website. Purchased 3 items and to receive the 4th free. That was the current deal. Was also given the time frame of up to 15 days. 1/26/2022 I reached out to the email provided through the website to inquire about my shipment. Just dreadful customer service. The worse entire experience in my life over all. I was then told my package would be on its way. Over th next fee I receive no follow up. I then followed up. Was informed of the same information that package would be shipped soon. Within the next few days I received 2 tracking #s for what ever reasons they items were packed and shipped separately. I then contacted C.S. and inquired why and what am I expecting. They notified me that they shipped out two and the other two would be shipped soon. Obviously at this point I am frustrated that I even chose to support a company I've never dealt with. A few days later I receive another tracking #. This is my 3rd. I then follow up to see if both remaining items re in the bag. Confirmed just one and the only pair of jeans that I ordered would be shipped soon. 3/5/2022 I reached out to CS. Thats right. Almost 3 months later I still have not gotten my jeans or had anyone to reach out to me explaining why. 3/5/2022 I was told that the jeans were sold out. I am very out of it at this point because I cannot believe the customer service. I aske dbaout my options. he said you can pick something out at the cost. I did so... a day later I inquired for a tracking # because at this point I would like for this experience to be over with. I was told to wait....A week later I was given an old tracking # ti the jeans. I then inquired if they now have had the jeans. I was told no. They made a mistake. Ok. So... again today 3/24/2022 and I've finally received a tracking #. WHEW! I will forever moving forward never support an unknown entity other than ones that I already deal with. Experience so terrible, 2 items did not fit and I really wanted to send back for an exchange but at this point. BAseUSClothing just got free money from me. SUCKS TO BE ME”
