“I am SO disappointed with this order. If you see this order online, run as fast as you can, as if your life depend upon. I ordered this pretty long yellow sweater. It arrived in about 3 weeks. Not bad at all. The quality was in very poor taste and the bright lemon yellow was a mustard color. Trying now to return it seems impossible. Can’t fine ANY valid information. LEAVE THIS SO CALL COMPANY ALONE!!!!!!!!!”

“Took over a month to come. Only when I disputed it with credit card did they send. Items are very small. I ordered a 5x sweater set. It looks like a size small. No tags very cheap. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Shame on Facebook for advertising this.”

“OMG DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE MADE ME AFRAID TO BUY FROM OTHER OVERSEAS COMPANIES. THE MERCHANDISE THEY SHOW ONLINE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET IN THE MAIL. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY!!! AND ON TOP OF THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO RETURN IT”

“Beware of Baseusclothing! You are ordering internationally and it is impossible to return the items due to the expensive shipping costs that you are responsible for. They keep providing excuses and offers of a 15% off coupon but don't do it. Very poor quality and sizes are two sizes smaller. Thin cheap material. This is not a reputable online business. Most likely you are reading this because you have had a negative experience like me and that is unfortunate. Lessons learned...research the store before ordering. I wish I could give them a zero.”

“Just received my 1 blouse today after waiting 2 weeks. I also paid the extra $12 for the expedited shipping. When I opened the shirt the material is a bit cheap (I'll work with it), but my issue was the sizing (I'm a 16 and ordered 16/18). The blouse was 2 sizes smaller. Lastly, the blatant short sleeves. In the pic online the sleeves of this blouse was to the models elbow, this garbage that was sent was 3-4 inches of a sleeve. Ugh. What a waste of money. You try to give these online stores the benefit of the doubt damn. Be cautious of this seller.”

“This Company is definitely a scam. I can’t believe what I went through and then the piece of trash clothing I’m stuck with. They have no costumer service what so ever! Do not let the pictures fool you. I can guarantee you it will not look the same as on their website. My supposed small was so big it had to be an extra large. What??? Really??? DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will be sorry!”

“It’s a scam company, do not buy from them! I ordered 4 items, received the first 2 very bad quality asked to return through email they refused and said we will refund half of the price which they never did, asked to cancel the other 2 before shipment and get a full refund, it’s been 3 months I did not receive the items nor my money. I sent many emails . No reply.”

“This is the worst site to buy stuff. I placed an order 1 month before mother's day. Until today i cannot get my order. They keep telling me that they have only one flight a month, bla, bla, bla.. Please people do not buy anything from this site. Do not throw money away. Personally i hate them and i will never buy anything from them.”

“I ordered a beautiful dress, only to wait months and then receive a completely different hideous dress that bares absolutely no similarities with the dress I ordered (not the color, not the fabric, not the cut, not the sleeve length, not the style, not the size; NO resemblance at all!) and now they want me to send back this piece of trash I received at my own expense!! What a nightmare! I too should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company! DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE!! They do not even deserve 1 star!”

“Today is 3/24/2022. I placed an order on 12/27/2021 through fakebook that directed me to BaseUsClothing website. Purchased 3 items and to receive the 4th free. That was the current deal. Was also given the time frame of up to 15 days. 1/26/2022 I reached out to the email provided through the website to inquire about my shipment. Just dreadful customer service. The worse entire experience in my life over all. I was then told my package would be on its way. Over th next fee I receive no follow up. I then followed up. Was informed of the same information that package would be shipped soon. Within the next few days I received 2 tracking #s for what ever reasons they items were packed and shipped separately. I then contacted C.S. and inquired why and what am I expecting. They notified me that they shipped out two and the other two would be shipped soon. Obviously at this point I am frustrated that I even chose to support a company I've never dealt with. A few days later I receive another tracking #. This is my 3rd. I then follow up to see if both remaining items re in the bag. Confirmed just one and the only pair of jeans that I ordered would be shipped soon. 3/5/2022 I reached out to CS. Thats right. Almost 3 months later I still have not gotten my jeans or had anyone to reach out to me explaining why. 3/5/2022 I was told that the jeans were sold out. I am very out of it at this point because I cannot believe the customer service. I aske dbaout my options. he said you can pick something out at the cost. I did so... a day later I inquired for a tracking # because at this point I would like for this experience to be over with. I was told to wait....A week later I was given an old tracking # ti the jeans. I then inquired if they now have had the jeans. I was told no. They made a mistake. Ok. So... again today 3/24/2022 and I've finally received a tracking #. WHEW! I will forever moving forward never support an unknown entity other than ones that I already deal with. Experience so terrible, 2 items did not fit and I really wanted to send back for an exchange but at this point. BAseUSClothing just got free money from me. SUCKS TO BE ME”
