“I placed an order November 11,2022 I ordered a sweater and a dress received te sweater in December. I started inquiring about the dress in January. Finally received the dress at the end of January it was not what I ordered they asked me to send a picture of the dress I received they sent me an Email saying it was the same dress I ordered and that ifI wanted to return it I would have to pay international fees to return it well that wasn’t going to happen because they probably would not have given me a refund this site is a total rip off. Every time I see an advertisement on Facebook I will put something negative about them just maybe someone will listen and save their money. Please DO NOT order from these people!!!”

“SCAMMERS!! I ordered a dress in November to wear to my moms funeral and it’s still “in transit” in February!! DONT WASTE MONEY KEEP SCROLLING!!! There’s reputable online clothing stores! THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!🗣️🗣️🗣️”

“If I could give them a negative zero I would. I ordered five long sweaters as Christmas presents on November 17th and today is January 15th and I have on received one sweater. I am livid!!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down. I am contacting my local consumer affairs so that can expose them in our area and I am posting each day so that other people can be warned about this terrible company.”

“The worst company ever. I have been waiting on items I ordered on December 11. According to their tracking information, the items were sent to Fast Track express on Dec 20 which is less than 50 minutes away from my house. I have emailed the company several time and they keep saying the tracking system will be updated soon and then sent an email asking me to be patient. Baseusclothing does not seem to care at all. They don’t seem to be checking on my order. This has proven not to be a company you should do business with.”

“You can tell this site is a scam. I knew it before I purchased anything or read the comments. The main thing is on every page and model they cropped the model face out the picture. THAT WAS A BIG RED FLAG FOR ME!!!!! 🚩”

“This company is a scam AND Paypal was NO help getting my money back. The company did not ship timely (it took months); the items rolled out in 3 separate shipments and I tried to cancel the last 2 after receiving the first and they ignored my emails; and the clothing is incredibly cheap (poorly made).”

“This company refuses to cancel the order that should have been shipped 8-15 days. We are at day 23 order not shipped but stucked in Grand Prairie. This is not correct the order hasn't shipped. Very disappointing as a customer!”

“Shipping error / Not to mention the amount of bad reviews I’ve just read. I purchased my items on 11/8/22. Today is 12/14/22 and I have had a shipping issue since 11/19/22. It shows that the items are waiting to leave the facility. It keeps updated the same thing.”

“This company is a scam! I ordered 4 items at $162 on 10/11/22, they took the money the next day and have only sent me 2! I’ve emailed them 3 times and they eventually stopped responding so I disputed it with PayPal. They requested for me tocomplete an Internet Complaint Form, I assume because they also stopped responding to PayPal. I still have the emails with them, my order confirmation email and screenshots of when the payment was deducted from my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“My case: Order ID: 3019530156683747.I paid for power bank 30,000mah, the seller https://www.aliexpress.com/store/1101213261 at first confirmed delivery to Hawaii US but afterwards refused to make shipping for the different reasons such as no logistic possibilities, due to covid, blah-blah-blah. Meantime the same power banks as a matter of fact was delivered by this seller to USA in this November.(it is clear from customer's feedback on seller's webpage). I think the seller don't want to supply it due to his own vision of that deal. (not profitable for him after solid discount received by me on 11.11 sale). Not recommend this seller.”

“I ordered two dresses which took a month to arrive. When I finally got it, the quality is so very poor!!! Wow, not as advertised at all!!! This company is a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Like so many buyers have said, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.”

“I ordered 2 outfits from them but only received 1. I was notified beforehand that one item was sold out. I was given the option of choosing something else or my money back. I chose my money back and that was in September. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY NOR WILL THEY RESPOND BACK. Needless to say that the one order that I did receive is TRASH, it looks like one piece pajamas. I'm going to reach out to PayPal for my refund.”

“Wish I had seen this first!! Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered over $150 worth of clothing that doesn’t fit. I even used the size guide. They gave me the runaround, when I emailed to get a return process so I can be refunded! Days of back and forth. I have 9 messages in a thread. This is ridiculous!!Finally they are telling me to send the items back to an address in CHINA…at my own cost and when they receive it I will get my money back. No guarantee of that even happening!! Horrible business practices. I’m never using them again.”
