“They are committing fraud. I sent a $2 deposit for the early-bird offer to buy the camera when it became available. They took the money but never sent any email updates about the camera. Now that the camera is available, they are not selling it to me for the promised price of $129. Be careful to deposit any future products that they're public.”
“I purchased the crowdfunding security cameras and when I received them I thought they looked and felt like quality, unfortunately they lied about the zoom and it is nothing like stated, the quality is atrocious and grainy. I have had nothing but issues with both units and sent the uploads etc to them and never got a reply even a month later. Same issues still exist. I told them immediately I wanted to return them for a refund and they refused, simply stating that I have a warranty. What good is a warranty on a product that does not do as advertised? Both Arlo and Riolink not to mention Eufy, have better quality for same price and less with superior zoom image quality, nothing like this useless grainy image from Baseus. Oth photos are from daytime with one at 6’ and the other at 4’. I can’t even distinguish facial details. Zooming into my driveway is 100% indistinguishable due to graininess that begins at only 15’.”
“This company is a scam! I ordered 4 items June 26, 2025. They made no attempt to notify me that 3 of the items were out of stock. I found this out after sending the company an email July 25 to check the status of my order. They said they would refund me soon. They stopped responding to my emails when I asked what date would the refund will be processed. I will be contacting my credit card company to open a dispute.”
“I order 3 items and was charged for 4. 5 days later I inquired about my order because I hadn’t received any shipping information. I was told 2 items they didn’t have and I could order something else. I told them I didn’t want anything else and asked if my other items had been shipped. That was June 18th. I have yet to review my refund although they keep saying they will issue it. This company is a scam.

The quality of the clothing was not as pictured and I wanted to return for a full refund. Initially I was offered a refund of 10% of the cost of the items I wanted to return along with a 15% discount code on my next order. I declined that offer because 10% isn't going to make me 'like' the fit/color/quality' of the clothing nor did I plan to ever order from them again. As a result, I was provided with an international mailing address for a return. After paying $35 for international shipping, my package was held up in China's customs for over 6 months, and eventually returned to me due to an insufficient address; which leads me to believe that I was provided the wrong address on purpose, to avoid providing a 100% refund.”

Extremely Unsatisfied customer!!!! I only gave them one star because I had to; however, they deserve a -5 rating. In August of this year I placed an order for two rompers that I wanted to wear for my bachelorette party on October 19th.
Towards the end of September, I began to contacting the company regarding the status of my order. The only thing they could tell me was that my order was in transit, I and I would receive it soon. I continued to contact them at the end of every week, considering with other companies it usually takes up to two to three weeks to receive your merchandise, and because my event was quickly approaching.
In every response I was sent to a bogus tracking website and was never given a definite date of when I would receive my stuff.
When we got a week out from the party, I contacted them and told them to just to cancel my order and refund me my money since I hadn’t received the merchandise yet. They tell me they cannot begin the return process until I receive my merchandise, which was STILL a month later.
Fast forward to last week when I finally get my package, 10 weeks later mind you. I notice the clothing is cheap, the sizes are wrong, and that the items do not look like they do in the pictures.
I contact them again and tell them I am ready to start the return process. They tell me I will need to pay the return shipping fees to CHINA, or I can get 20% off in my next order.
Next order??? No thank you, the first order was a fail, why would I want a second????? I refuse to spend over $200 for shipping fees for my $100 order and extremely poor experience with your company. No thank you!!!! -5 rating!!!SCAMMERS!!”

“The size of the the suit I ordered was XXL but the suit I got would fit a petite small person. Plus, the size tag appeared to be cut out. This outfit would fit my daughter who is a size 8. I wear a 16-18. This is a total waste of money. The advertisement shows the the suit to be very long but the suit I got look like capris. I will not buy anything else from this company. I ordered from this company in mid to late July 2024. I received a package today August 17,2024 for one of three items. I can't wear this item. I am so upset.”
