“I wish I found these reviews sooner. As stated by other customers, they don’t ship in a timely manner, you will be waiting forever for your package. I bought two items & both were complete trash and useless. Now here’s the fun fact about their return policy. Yes you are responsible for the return shipping which is incredibly expensive. In addition, there is a chance your package will be held at customs. The company will never refund your money because the package remains at customs because the company needs to pay tariffs for the package to return to them. So you will never get your money back. They are a complete scam that send either crappy or wrong items. Save your money and shop elsewhere.”
“I have been scammed by this company who sent me clothing that was falling apart as I took it out of the package and was very much smaller than they advertised, so even if it weren't falling apart, I wouldn't fit into it. The items came from a shipping center in Texas but in order to get a return, I have to jump through several hoops and send it back, at my expense, to Hong Kong. This makes the return more expensive than the actual product I bought. They've got quite the smoke and mirrors act going on here.”

“Recently I purchased a Baseus powerbank on Amazon, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Not only was the product defective upon arrival, but the customer service provided by the seller was abysmal.
After reporting the issue with the powerbank, I was initially offered a refund or replacement. However, the communication from the seller was sporadic and unresponsive, with significant delays in response time. On two occasions, I had to follow up after waiting several days without any update.
Furthermore, the handling of the replacement order was disheartening. It appeared as though the seller intentionally delayed the process, evidenced by an inaccurate tracking number and subsequent notifications of potential delays. This left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.
As a loyal customer who has purchased multiple Baseus products in the past, including the Baseus desk lamp pro and a 65W powerbank for PC, I expected better service and greater accountability from the seller. After two weeks since the Baseus seller proposed the refund, I'm still waiting for it.
Overall, I cannot recommend either the Baseus product or the seller on Amazon based on my recent experience. It's unfortunate that what should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal. Buyers, beware.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I am glad I read the reviews and will do so moving forward before purchasing from other companies. I had no idea the clothes would come from china. I never would have purchased if I had known because they always look cheap. I ordered on 4/19 and had not received any shipping info. I reached out on 4/25 to see when the order would be shipped. They responded the next day to say they were processing it now and would send an email with the tracking number when it is shipped. I have not heard a thing. After seeing these reviews, I asked for my order to be cancelled and I be refunded. I will see if they hit me with the “we can’t refund because the order has shipped” like another reviewer stated. I’m not buying from this company again.”

“The order was not shipped out within 24 hours of receiving it as advertised. Then three weeks later an email was sent saying it was still in production. The next day I emailed them to cancel the order because it would arrive too late even though I paid for expedited shipping but was now told it had just shipped. They will accept a return if I pay shipping costs as outlined in their return policy and suggested I keep it and offered me a 15% discount. Never again. Buy American!”
