Twice, id didn't receive my orders in full. On both occasions, Basharcare team contacted me to confirm whether I preferred to wait for the items or receive a refund. I clearly requested refunds for the missing items. However, no refunds have been issued, items not received, and the payments for these items were deducted. Unprofessional
