“Subject: Worst Delivery Experience and Rude Customer Service
Dear Bashracare Team,
I’m extremely disappointed with your service. Every time I order from your app, the delivery is a complete mess. Drivers keep calling me asking for my location again and again—even after I send it. They promise to deliver, then disappear. The next day, a different driver calls, same story. This happened for a whole week.
I kept calling your customer service, and every time I was told “we will check and call you back.” No one ever called me. No one cared.
Finally, I gave up and called to cancel my order. The lady on the phone just said, “No problem, cancel it.” No apology. No respect.
Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Your team is careless, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping customers.

I return it back and I wanted to get what I ordered and paid for but they informed me after I called them to report the wrong order received they said that item wasn’t available so we sent this product which I don’t need ! Ireturned an item almost 2 weeks ago and the tracking whenever I call they say we will refund your amount to ur bank which will take 2-3 weeks till it is deposit to your bank account! The order took more than one week to return my order/ recollect the wrong order sent to me which should not take week to ship and process a return. Do not order online from Bshara care unless you are absolutely certain you won't need to return it.”
