Drivers keep calling me asking for my location again and again—even after I send it. They promise to deliver, then disappear. The next day, a different driver calls, same story. This happened for a whole week. I kept calling your customer service, and every time I was told “we will check and call you back.” No one ever called me. No one cared. Finally, I gave up and called to cancel my order. The lady on the phone just said, “No problem, cancel it.” No apology. No respect. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Your team is careless, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping customers. Very bad experience. I will never order from Bashracare again.
