“It's a terrible company to order from with a terrible customer service. I purchased hair max laserband in 31st August which should be delivered in one day as per their website advertisement. It was not delivered for 2 days and when I called the customer service the man who picked up spoke terrible English and was completely discourteous. He told me they came to deliver but couldn't find the address and since I gave Bahrain number so they didn't call I need to give them uae number. I was surprised by this but I gave a UAE number and again 2 days I didn't receive it. I called back and they said your address is outside Abu Dhabi it's in Al-Ain so we would need to give it to another company to ship to you. I was like you told me the person came to deliver but could not because he couldn't call me and now you are telling me you didn't realize where my address was? The discourteous agent had no answer to his big lie. Now one day after this I call to follow-up and they tell me it's out for delivery you may get it in "2 days" ...The nerve on their pathetic customer support to say after 5 days of purchase to a "1 day delivery item" that it would still take 2 days more. They don't even have any shame or empathy or understanding of the customer issue. They don't even feel there's something wrong about it. I would never again purchase from this pathetic website and would recommend you all to do the same aswell.”
“Very terrible customer service, I also haven’t received 2 items that I’ve payed for and when I have contacted them they supposedly had an “archived photo” of my order before it has been dispatched to delivery. I was surprised that I haven’t received these items because they were the most expensive and I didn’t get the chance to receive them with my order. Very strange.”

I made order 3000083607 on the 10th of May and today is 19th of May and I still didn’t get my order.
I called them on the 13 th of May they said part of my order is out of stock (but those products are still available for purchase on their website) they promised to deliver part of the order on Saturday May 15th and the rest this week. But as of now I got nothing.
I called them again on 18th of May, their reply was that they shipped the whole order and that I’m supposed to get it till the end of the day (18th of May)
I called them again today on the 19th of May, and they said that the product I ordered are not available and there will be delayed!!!!!
Avoid placing orders with them!!!!!”

I'm only wondering why none of 3 items I selected is marked as unavailable on their website and they continue selling them.

“My order that was placed 2 days prior national holidays still didn't reach me (10 days from initial order). The customer care rep called and re-scheduled the delivery, no apologies, just a "yes, but it was before national holidays".... nevertheless, this call was on Wednesday, today is Sunday next week, no more news from Basharacare....
