“Very terrible customer service, I also haven’t received 2 items that I’ve payed for and when I have contacted them they supposedly had an “archived photo” of my order before it has been dispatched to delivery. I was surprised that I haven’t received these items because they were the most expensive and I didn’t get the chance to receive them with my order. Very strange.”

I made order 3000083607 on the 10th of May and today is 19th of May and I still didn’t get my order.
I called them on the 13 th of May they said part of my order is out of stock (but those products are still available for purchase on their website) they promised to deliver part of the order on Saturday May 15th and the rest this week. But as of now I got nothing.
I called them again on 18th of May, their reply was that they shipped the whole order and that I’m supposed to get it till the end of the day (18th of May)
I called them again today on the 19th of May, and they said that the product I ordered are not available and there will be delayed!!!!!
Avoid placing orders with them!!!!!”

I'm only wondering why none of 3 items I selected is marked as unavailable on their website and they continue selling them.

“My order that was placed 2 days prior national holidays still didn't reach me (10 days from initial order). The customer care rep called and re-scheduled the delivery, no apologies, just a "yes, but it was before national holidays".... nevertheless, this call was on Wednesday, today is Sunday next week, no more news from Basharacare.... Huge disappointment in such a poor quality of customer care”
