My order that was placed 2 days prior national holidays still didn't reach me (10 days from initial order). The customer care rep called and re-scheduled the delivery, no apologies, just a "yes, but it was before national holidays".... nevertheless, this call was on Wednesday, today is Sunday next week, no more news from Basharacare.... Huge disappointment in such a poor quality of customer care
