"It's a terrible company to order from with a terrible customer service. I purchased hair max laserband in 31st August which should be delivered in one day as per their website advertisement. It was not delivered for 2 days and when I called the customer service the man who picked up spoke terrible English and was completely discourteous. He told me they came to deliver but couldn't find the address and since I gave Bahrain number so they didn't call I need to give them uae number. I was surprised by this but I gave a UAE number and again 2 days I didn't receive it. I called back and they said your address is outside Abu Dhabi it's in Al-Ain so we would need to give it to another company to ship to you. I was like you told me the person came to deliver but could not because he couldn't call me and now you are telling me you didn't realize where my address was? The discourteous agent had no answer to his big lie. Now one day after this I call to follow-up and they tell me it's out for delivery you may get it in \"2 days\" ...The nerve on their pathetic customer support to say after 5 days of purchase to a \"1 day delivery item\" that it would still take 2 days more. They don't even have any shame or empathy or understanding of the customer issue. They don't even feel there's something wrong about it. I would never again purchase from this pathetic website and would recommend you all to do the same aswell."
