I cant say anything about the staff (except possibly the cleaners) but this is meant to be a hospital rather than a smelly dirty dingey dive exemplifying the unholy alliance of Britain as a national health service with a country attached to it along with the wonders of unending cohesion-degrading diversity.
Exhibit A: the urinals in the disgusting gents lavs near Boots pharmacy whose state over consecutive days suggested it was acting as a job-creation scheme for the place -
