I ordered a basket as a gift for someone and it arrived with 2 items missing. I wrote an email to you straight away in detail to try and get the problem resolved as I wanted all of the items that I had paid for (the greeting card also arrived torn in the middle as the tracking sticker was placed over it). I received one or two replies from a member of your team, pretty promptly, asking questions to which the answers had already been provided in the original email I had sent. The replies from your team suddenly just stopped and my issue has not been resolved. I have sent about 2 emails since not receiving a reply and still nothing. Although the basket was very nicely wrapped and contains some lovely Irish products, I am very disappointed that I did not receive everything I ordered and that no one could be bothered to answer my emails and try and resolve the issue. I just want to be sent the items that I ordered.
