This is a challenging review to write. I ordered a Christmas hamper on the 14th December as a gift - but it never arrived. On that basis, the review would have been one star. However, while it took some time to get some feedback and there were some mixed messages along the way, in the end they agreed to send a new one (even if the first one arrives it would be unsafe to use). It hasn't arrived yet (so it will be a very late Christmas gift). I'm hoping it will arrive this week (but no notification yet that it has shipped). However, the staff were good to deal with - hence the additional star.
