got a notification early in the morning that the parcel would be delivered at plus minus 14:30. Got a notification the next morning that they could not deliver as they could not find the address.
they did not even try to phone my son that was waiting at work for the parcel until 17:00.
it said it was sent back to the warehouse, I then chatted to an agent the next morning confirming all the details and the parcel was delivered the next morning. Maybe it is a good idea for your delivery guys to just make a phone cal before sending parcels back.
