Lovely box, gifts well packaged and overall quality very good.
The gift card and message was a little disappointing.
The envelope had a handwritten reference number on the front (could this not be put on the back of the envelope where it is less visible for the recipient?)
The card had a small AVERY label stuck inside with the message printed in tiny font and quite poor legibility. If I had known how ugly it would look I've have left no message when ordering the card and handwritten the message
